Design

The design features a whimsical elephant motif, brought to life with a vibrant palette of colours against a soft, neutral background. A cheerful shower of confetti-like shapes rises from the elephant, creating a sense of movement and joy that instantly brightens any interior.

The rug is framed by a subtle, wavy border in a calming tone, which adds a gentle structure to the playful illustration. Its modern aesthetic balances artistic flair with a clean, friendly look that appeals to both children and adults alike.

This rug is hand-tufted by skilled artisans who dedicate significant time and expertise to every detail. The process involves punching Wool yarn into a backing material to create a dense, plush pile that feels soft and luxurious. This technique allows for the intricate, playful motifs that make this piece stand out as a premium choice for your home.

Creating a piece of this quality requires a high level of precision and patience. The artisans carefully follow the design to ensure every colour and shape is perfectly rendered. This human touch is what gives the rug its unique character, ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike in the subtle nuances of their craft.

Maintenance

To prevent shading and uneven wear, frequently rotate your rug.
Use a conventional hoover instead of a robotic cleaner to prevent any damage to the rug.
If you discover a loose thread on your rug, use scissors to gently cut it off. Avoid pulling the thread to prevent damage.
You may notice some shedding on your rug - this is completely normal and a sign of its high-quality natural fibres. The shedding will gradually lessen over time and does not affect the rug’s quality or lifespan. Regular hoovering with gentle suction and occasional brushing will help manage loose fibres and keep your rug looking beautiful for years to come.
Shake the rug outdoors to remove any excess dirt or debris.

Installation

Fold marks may occur during transport. This is not a manufacturing defect and is easy to remedy. Simply turn your rug over, roll it tightly, and leave it for a few hours. Finally, lay out your rug and wait a few days until your rug lays flat against the floor.
As you unpack your new rug, you may notice a slight smell, which is due to the rug being tightly packed during transport. This is normal and will go away after a few days.
Make sure your floor is completely dry before placing the rug.
We recommend using an anti-slip mat with this rug, as color migration may occur onto light-colored floors.
Please be aware that trapped dirt, dust, or dampness under a rug may cause marks or scratches on sensitive floors.

Care instructions

Do this

Address spills promptly to minimize staining. Blot the affected area gently with a damp, undyed cloth—never rub, as this may embed the stain further into the fibers. Protect the floor beneath the rug by ensuring it's properly covered during the cleaning process.
We recommend that you use Rugvista Stain Remover for this type of rug.
For hard-to-remove stains, we recommend you contact a professional rug cleaner.
