Design

Featuring a clean and minimalistic approach, this runner uses a soft golden palette to brighten your space. The design is centred around a subtle, solid-coloured field framed by a slightly darker border, creating a balanced and understated look.

The simple composition allows the natural texture of the Wool to take centre stage. Its monochromatic aesthetic makes it easy to integrate into a variety of interior styles without overwhelming your existing decor.

This runner is created using a traditional handloom technique, a process that requires patience and a steady hand. Skilled artisans carefully guide the Wool through the loom, ensuring each row is consistent and strong.

The time and human effort invested in producing a piece of this size are significant. By avoiding industrial machine methods, every runner benefits from the nuance and character that only manual craft can provide.

Because each piece is handmade, the result is a durable and well-constructed runner that stands apart from mass-produced alternatives. The focus remains on steady, careful work to achieve the final look and feel.

Maintenance

To prevent shading and uneven wear, frequently rotate your rug.
Use a conventional hoover instead of a robotic cleaner to prevent any damage to the rug.
If you discover a loose thread on your rug, use scissors to gently cut it off. Avoid pulling the thread to prevent damage.
You may notice some shedding on your rug - this is completely normal and a sign of its high-quality natural fibres. The shedding will gradually lessen over time and does not affect the rug’s quality or lifespan. Regular hoovering with gentle suction and occasional brushing will help manage loose fibres and keep your rug looking beautiful for years to come.
Shake the rug outdoors to remove any excess dirt or debris.

Installation

For added safety, stability and floor protection, we recommend using an anti-slip pad underneath the rug (sold separately).
Fold marks may occur during transport. This is not a manufacturing defect and is easy to remedy. Simply turn your rug over, roll it tightly, and leave it for a few hours. Finally, lay out your rug and wait a few days until your rug lays flat against the floor.
As you unpack your new rug, you may notice a slight smell, which is due to the rug being tightly packed during transport. This is normal and will go away after a few days.
Make sure your floor is completely dry before placing the rug.
Please be aware that trapped dirt, dust, or dampness under a rug may cause marks or scratches on sensitive floors.

Care instructions

Do this

Address spills promptly to minimize staining. Blot the affected area gently with a damp, undyed cloth—never rub, as this may embed the stain further into the fibers. Protect the floor beneath the rug by ensuring it's properly covered during the cleaning process.
We recommend that you use Rugvista Stain Remover for this type of rug.
For hard-to-remove stains, we recommend you contact a professional rug cleaner.
