Sorbet Chess - A timeless touch for your floors

Bring a classic look to your home with this hand woven rug, featuring a striking black and white checkered design that adds warmth and character to any room.

The Sorbet Chess rug offers a tactile and grounding presence in your home. Crafted with care, its texture provides a comfortable surface that adds both warmth and a subtle sound-dampening quality to your living space.

Made from Cotton, this rug feels natural and inviting underfoot. Its construction is designed to be durable, ensuring it remains a reliable part of your home for years to come.

Practicality meets style with this piece, as it is fully compatible with underfloor heating. This makes it an ideal choice for creating a cosy atmosphere in bedrooms or living areas where comfort is a priority.

A key feature of this design is its reversible nature, allowing you to flip the rug to ensure even wear and extend its lifespan. It is a versatile addition that brings a balanced, classic aesthetic to your interior decor.

The design features a bold, classic checkered pattern that creates a striking visual contrast. The black and white tones are arranged in a clean, rhythmic layout that brings order and a sense of style to your floors.

The woven structure adds a slight organic variation to the lines, softening the graphic impact of the pattern. This gives the rug a natural look that fits easily into many different home settings.

Each Sorbet Chess rug is carefully hand woven by skilled artisans in India. This traditional technique requires significant time and focus, as every fibre is manually placed to achieve the desired pattern and density.

The human element of this production process ensures that every rug has a unique character. By choosing a hand woven piece, you are supporting a craft that values precision and dedication over mass production.

The scale of effort involved means that creating a single rug can take several days of work. This commitment to traditional methods results in a finished product that feels substantial and well-made.
