Entretien

Pour éviter les variations de teinte et l'usure inégale, faites pivoter votre tapis régulièrement.
Utilisez un aspirateur classique plutôt qu’un robot aspirateur pour éviter d’endommager le tapis.
Si vous découvrez un fil lâche sur votre tapis, utilisez des ciseaux pour le couper délicatement. Évitez de tirer sur le fil pour éviter tout dommage.
Secouez le tapis à l'extérieur pour éliminer tout excès de saleté ou de débris.

Installation

Des marques de pliage peuvent apparaître pendant le transport. Il ne s’agit pas d’un défaut de fabrication et il est facile d’y remédier. Retournez simplement votre tapis, roulez-le fermement et laissez-le pendant quelques heures. Enfin, étalez votre tapis et attendez quelques jours jusqu'à ce qu'il repose à plat sur le sol.
Pour plus de sécurité, de stabilité et de protection du sol, nous recommandons l'utilisation d'un tapis antidérapant sous le tapis (vendu séparément).
Lorsque vous déballez votre nouveau tapis, vous remarquerez peut-être une légère odeur, due au fait que le tapis a été bien emballé pendant le transport. C'est normal et disparaîtra après quelques jours.
Assurez-vous que votre sol est complètement sec avant de placer le tapis.
Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser un tapis antidérapant avec ce tapis, car une migration des couleurs peut se produire sur les sols clairs.
Veuillez noter que la saleté, la poussière ou l'humidité emprisonnées sous un tapis peuvent causer des marques ou des rayures sur les sols sensibles.

Instructions de nettoyage

Faites ceci

Nettoyage localisé uniquement.
Traiter les déversements rapidement pour minimiser les taches. Épongez doucement la zone affectée avec un chiffon humide et non teint. Ne frottez jamais, car cela pourrait enfoncer davantage la tache dans les fibres. Protégez le sol sous le tapis en vous assurant qu'il est correctement couvert pendant le processus de nettoyage.
Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser le Détachant Rugvista pour ce type de tapis.
Pour les taches difficiles à éliminer, nous vous recommandons de contacter un nettoyeur de tapis professionnel pour obtenir de l'aide.
