Rustic Bohemian

Tactile and poetic, this trend embraces rustic textures, organic shapes, and natural, earthy colours. Chunky weaves or oversized patterns in mixed pile heights give the room a grounded confidence. This style celebrates craftsmanship, and inhabits the perfect balance between the dramatic and the calm. Set the scene for your bohemian life.

Tips from our designers

“Invite the untamed, hand-crafted and authentic. Combine exaggerated rug piles, tassels, and fringes for texture. Use flowing shapes, bring in hand-made pottery with unfinished surfaces, and sculptures or bold elements from nature. Mix textures and materials for variety – favour wool, wood, clay, jute, and stone. Stick to natural earthy tones and include prints and textures inspired by hand-made artistry to celebrate craftsmanship and uniqueness.”
